Let us talk about your project
What we need for a quote is not a long specification: machine type, axis count and what you expect from the screen are usually enough. We work the rest out together.
Reach us directly
The fastest route is the phone or email. If it is a technical question, attaching your axis list or a screenshot of the existing system will shorten things considerably.

What helps us prepare a quote
You do not need to know all of these — just share what you have. We fill in the gaps together on the first call.
- Machine type and function What does it produce and what material does it process?
- Axis count and type How many servos, how many inverters — and are the axes locked to each other?
- Target cycle time The target figure if you have one, otherwise what you observe on the current machine.
- Fieldbus The existing infrastructure or your preferred protocol.
- Operator interface Is a panel enough, or do you need remote access?
- Timeline The date you are aiming at for commissioning.

We provide field support across Türkiye, working through screen sharing and trace review where a problem can be solved remotely, and on site when it cannot.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need to send to get a quote?
You do not need a long specification. The machine type, axis count and what you expect from the screen are usually enough. If you have an axis list or a screenshot of the existing system, it shortens things noticeably — anything missing we fill in together on the first call.
How quickly will you come back to me?
We reply to calls and email the same business day. Where a technical assessment is needed, we normally come back within the same week with a written outline. Urgent breakdowns are prioritised.
Is the initial consultation chargeable?
No. The first technical conversation and the preliminary assessment are free. Charging only begins once the project scope is settled and a written quote is approved. Short questions are usually resolved in a single phone call.
Do you come to site?
Yes, when it is needed. We provide field support across Türkiye. Where a problem can be solved remotely we start with screen sharing and trace review, which is both faster and cheaper. When an on-site visit is required we plan the schedule with you.
Will you support a machine we already have?
We do — the machine does not have to be one we built. In these cases we start with a short analysis of the existing setup, then pin down where the problem is by measurement. Whatever we find in the analysis, we share it either way.
Can I buy just the licence?
Yes. For companies with their own engineering team we also supply licences on their own. Even then we set out in writing which items are needed and why — a wrongly specified package is not a good outcome for us either.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, before the project starts. Technical information about the machine, recipe parameters and production data are never used in any other project. If you have your own agreement text, we review and sign that.
Do I send training requests here too?
There is a separate pre-registration form for training, on the Training Request page. Requests that come through the form drop straight into the training calendar and are usually answered within one business day.
Which languages can you work in?
Turkish and English. Handover documentation, course notes and operator screen texts can all be produced in both. When we work with machine builders who export, this is usually planned in from the start.
Can I visit your office?
Gladly. We can meet at our head office in Nilüfer, Bursa — showing the subject directly on the demo system in our training room is often the quickest route. We would ask you to call and arrange a time beforehand.
